He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Bruhn and Lillian Bruhn (Hansen); his sister Joanne Koza; and his grandson Matthew Meyer. He is survived by: his wife Corky Bruhn (Erma); and his brother Eugene Bruhn (Faith) of Miles. He is also survived by brothers-in-law; sisters-in-law and nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church, Miles American Legion or Mercy Hospice.
