She was predeceased by : her parents, Marion Conner and Irene Conner (Finley); her stepfather Walker Whitmore; her siblings, Marion Conner and Joyce Stone; and her siblings-in-law, Shirley Conner, Violet Haerther, Donald Haerther and Doug McDonald.
She is survived by : her husband Bill Ronnenberg; her son William Jr. (Chiara Giuliani); her granddaughters, Sofia of Washington, DC and Luisa of Washington, DC; her daughter Julie Bode (Dwight) of Coralville; her grandchildren, Courtney, Alex and Elle; her son Michael (Grace Wang-Ronnenberg); her grandchildren, Quinn of Manchester, Iowa. and Rhett of Manchester, Iowa.; her sister Barb Conner; her siblings-in-law, Bill Stone and Rose McDonald; and her cousin Shirley Henderson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
