He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Cooper and Thelma Cooper; his former life partner Eleanor; his wife Betty; and his siblings, William and Peggy.
He is survived by : his children, Charles Cooper, Jr., Mark Cooper (Candy), Pat Cooper (Debbi), Chris Cooper (Allyson), Tommy Rhodes, Tammy Pierce (Michael) and Michael Cooper (Bree). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 27 and counting great-grandchildren.
