She is survived by: her husband Richard Bruxvoort; her children, Ron Bruxvoort (Nancy), Duane Bruxvoort (Marcia), Sheryl Pierce (Rod) and Craig Bruxvoort (Sherry Lynn); her grandchildren, Brandon Bruxvoort (Megan), Ryan Bruxvoort (Brooke), Chrissie Weyenberg (Andy), Daniel Bruxvoort (Monica), Katie Lickteig (Dan), Michael Pierce (Lexi), Joni Pierce (Mike) and Ash Bruxvoort; and her siblings, Alene Fopma and George Sjaardema (Lucille).
