She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley and Evelyn Northway, Sr. (Barnes); and her husband Guy Bailey. She is survived by: her sons, Clint Bailey (Heather Anderson), Kim Bailey (Karen) and Kurt Bailey; her grandchildren, Carrie Boyer, Marc Bailey (Betsy), Megan Bailey and Erin Bailey; her great grandchildren, Landon Boyer, Micah Bailey, Callen Boyer and Layla Bailey; and her siblings, Harlene Spencer of Gretna, Neb, Glee Davis of Des Moines and Harley Northway, Jr. of Johnston.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Santiago United Methodist Church in loving memory of Rosie.
