He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Hulsebus and Audrey Hulsebus (Burks); and his former wife Donna Rodasky. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Hulsebus of Mondamin; his daughter Terri Miller (Sherman) of North Platte; and his grandchildren, Daniel Miller (Brittany) of Gulf Breeze and Kristin Eschen (Larry) of Holdrege. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.

Family asks that any Memorials be directed to the Mondamin Fire and Rescue.
