It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Max Scobee of Montrose, Iowa, who passed away on November 23, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Ora M. Scobee and Ruth R. Madden. He is survived by : his children, Leah Scobee of Columbus and David Scobee (Karen) of Minooka, IL; his granddaughters, Violet, Caroline and Charlotte; his sister Louise DeGeeter; and his nephew Dan DeGeeter (Cheryl).

A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, November 30th 2021 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home (1201 US-6, Morris, IL 60450).

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Dave's name can be sent to Leah Scobee through Venmo @leah-scobee to be given to K9s for Warriors.
