It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Vass of Moorland, Iowa, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on January 28, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Elsa Kaplan. He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Vass and Kathy Vass; his sister-in-law Mary Ann Imholte of Milwaukee, WI; his nieces and nephews, Eric Imholte, Aaron Imholte, Jeanette Costas, Michael Vass, Marguerite McNamee and Christina Vass; and his friend Reed Eldal of Moorland.
