She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wempe and Christine Wempe (Reiff); her husband William George; and her brother Floyd Wempe. She is survived by: her children, John George of Davenport, Kenneth George (Ann) of Clare, Gary George of Manson, Mary Ellen Schultz of Moorland and Annette Huse (Bill) of Milford; her sister Lavonne Rude (Wempe); and her significant other Bill Bloom. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren.
