He was predeceased by : his parents, Ronald Miller and Glatha Miller (Mullinnex); and his wife Mary Germaine. He is survived by : his children, Terry Miller (Deanna) of Council Bluffs, IA and Katie Miller (Jason Wymore) of Des Moines, IA; and his brother Gary Miller (Chris) of Warner Robins, GA. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law; nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews.
