She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Sr. Rains and LaVina Rains (Sample); her boyfriend George Nelson; her daughter Billie Barcelou; her sister Blanche Kyle; her siblings-in-law, Donald Anfinson and Patricia Rains; her nephew Brad Anfinson; and her children-in-law, Lela Pierson and Jesse Bloomfield.
She is survived by: her siblings, Gail Anfinson of Sioux City and Claude Rains Jr. of Davenport; her children, Terri Scofield of Meridian, Cheryl Barcelou of Moville, Kassandra Rains of Meridian, Kevin Sr. Ross (Neide) of Sandy Hook and David Ross (Stacy) of Seattle; her stepson George Nelson, Jr.; her grandchildren, Nena, Filicia (Rich), Erica (Mark), Kevin Jr., Ethan, Aliya (Zach), Alexander, Daniel (Chelsea), Kassandra, Jesse, Madison, Marissa, Samuel, Jace, Emelia, David Jr., Rubi (Jediah), Breanna, Keelynn, Vicente (Brittney), Darsie, Greg, Cesar, Emelin, Ismael (Kelly), Giovanni and Marcella; and her children, Crystal (Ismael), Amber, Tim and Jason. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
