He was predeceased by : his parents, James Clark and Virginia Clark (Immer); and his sister Julie. He is survived by : his wife Donna Rae Clark; his children, Stephannie Kotalik (Duane) of Sioux City, IA, Brad Clark of Omaha, NE, Jennifer Brown (Robert) of Bolingbrook, IL and Sally Schultz of Moville, IA; and his siblings, Jerry Clark of Iowa City, IA, Carolyn Nelson of Sloan, IA, Betty Jones of Californina, Peg Stabe (Keith) of Granada Hills, CA, Shirley Moyer (Mike) of Olathe, KS and Sharon Horning (Jim) of Freeman, SD.. He is also survived by six grandchildren.

Immaculate Conception Church will require all attendees of the funeral mass to wear a mask and follow social distancing guidelines.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Immaculate Conception Church of Moville.
