With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Foster (Muscatine, Iowa), born in Alexandria, Minnesota, who passed away on January 8, 2020 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Anderson and Eunice Teresa Anderson (Anderson); and her husband Dale A. Foster. She is survived by: her daughter Sue Bales (Mike) of Muscatine; her grandchildren, Matthew, Marcus and Melinda; and her great grandchildren, Michael, Lucas, Sabastian, Joey, Marcus and Maxsen.

Memorials may be directed to the First Assembly of God Church in Barbara's name.
