She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Elvin and Lillian Catherine Graf (Blum). She is survived by: her husband Dennis Dale Dunbar of Muscatine; her children, Jeffrey Dunbar (Tammy) of Fairfield, Jeanine C. Lowman of Muscatine, Janelle Dunbar of Cedar Rapids and Jacinda Voss (Bill) of Wilton; and her siblings, Judy E. Graf of Muscatine, Henry Michael Graf (Marsha) of Riverside and Charles Douglas Graf (Vicki) of Dubuque. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Savior Lutheran Church (2261 Lucas St, Muscatine, IA 52761). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed to Our Savior Lutheran Church in memory of Betty.
