She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Ziegenhorn and Ella Dunker Ziegenhorn; her husband Albert J. 'A. J.' Whitney; her son Curtis; her siblings, Erma (Kenneth Fowler), Evelyn (James Metcalfe), Melvin (Betty Ziegenhorn), Marjorie (Ed Sloat), Mary (Harlo Ricketts) and Ernie (Margaret Ziegenhorn); and her siblings-in-law, Raymond Whitney, Geri Whitney, Faith Togami and Mildred Ziegenhorn.
She is survived by: her brother Howard Ziegenhorn of Lakeland, Florida; and her brother-in-law Paul Togami of Wheatland, Illinois.
Memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church of Muscatine.
