He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Buster and Fern Buster (Dusenberry); his wife Gloria D. VanZyle; his siblings, Melvin Buster (Gwen) and Betty Wildt (Arthur); and his brothers-in-law, Howard Strause and Keith Butcher.
He is survived by: his children, Rick Buster (Rose), Kathy Alter of Muscatine and Pam Buster of Muscatine; and his siblings, Bill Buster (Gloria) of Broken Arrow, Jerry Buster (Jane) of San Antonio, Kitty Strause of Sherman and Mary Butcher of Muscatine. He is also survived by four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
