He was predeceased by: his grandfather Jose Cavazos; and his uncle Joe Cavazos, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Janie Stalkfleet (Cavazos); his children, Gabriel Fountain of Muscatine, Izabelle Stalkfleet of Muscatine and MaryJane Stalkfleet-Schmelzer of Arkansas; his father Darrin Stalkfleet of Muscatine; his brother Damon Stalkfleet (Hannah Lake) of Muscatine; and his grandparents, Jerry, Sandy Stalkfleet of Muscatine and Jane Hernandez (Ramiro) of Muscatine. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
