She was predeceased by : her parents, Louis Edwin and Velma Viola Kulp (Carlisle); her husband Donald Dean Wetzel; and her sister Loretta Wheeler. She is survived by : her daughters, Viola Walker (Mike) of Montpelier, Sandra Thomas (Edward) of Muscatine, Debra Wetzel of Buffalo and Vicki Canady (Bill) of Muscatine; and her brother Russell Kulp. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
