She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Cann and Dorothy J. Forrester (Joslyn); and her husband James Louis Meltzer. She is survived by: her children, Troy Meltzer (Patricia) of Cumming, Georgia and Tracie Morgan (Scott Moore) of Muscatine; her grandchildren, Megan Timbrook, J. C. Meltzer, Jenny Stott, Tory Meltzer (Ashley) and Dakota Adams (Tiffany); her brother Lee Forrester (Sue Ocheltree) of Bettendorf; and her close friends, Kent Keller, Glenda, Matt, DeLynn Price Davis and Michelle Carlisle. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Shriner's Children's Hospital in memory of Chris.
