He is survived by: his daughter Penny Polina (Albert) of Davenport; his grandchildren, Alisa Phillips (Tim) of Corning, Nate Park of Muscatine, Tony Polina of Muscatine and Joe Polina of Coralville; and his great grandchildren, Damien Polina, Astoria Phillips, Adeline Phillips and Theo Phillips.
