He is survived by: his sister Jizelle Wheeler of Muscatine; and his grandparents, Willie, Marlene Wheeler of Muscatine and Julie Buckley of Jefferson City, Missouri. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family in Junior's name.
