He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Dwayne and Loreen Jessie Stowe (Hamlin); his wife Sherri Evins; his son George Stowe Jr.; his siblings, Dwayne, James Stowe and Patricia; and his siblings-in-law, Max Pickett, Bonnie Stowe and Chuck Hofeldt.
He is survived by: his former wife Wendy Lendt; his children, Jeremy Stowe (Jennifer) of Maquoketa, IA, Rebecca Knopik (Ron) of Muscatine, IA, Shawn Hutchison (Sandy) of Jefferson, WI, Barbara Stowe of Bettendorf, IA and Cody Evins of Muscatine, IA; his siblings, Dale Stowe (Diana) of Davenport, IA, John Stowe (Leslie) of Las Vegas, NV, Randy Stowe (Cathy) of Buffalo, IA, Glen Stowe of New Auburn, WI, Sharon Hofeldt of Davenport, IA and Barbara Jensen (Gary) of High Point, NC; and his sister-in-law Holly Stowe of Davenport, IA. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
