He is survived by: his parents, Maggie Stone (Mike) and Rick Lewis; his sons, Brandon Stubrud and Cameron Lewis of Muscatine; his sister Carissa Miller (Jesse); his nieces and nephews, Connor Lewis of Muscatine, Caiden Miller of Muscatine and Cruze Miller of Muscatine; and his siblings, Elaine Frazier (Donnie) of Louisville, IL, John Fender, Amy Walters (Bill) of Louisville, Wayne Fender (Bonnie) of Louisville, Joni Niemerg (Kris) of Teutopolis, IL and Darrick Fender (Michele) of Rio Rancho.
