She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Gilbert and Barbara Mayfield (Hines); and her brothers, Mark Mayfield, John Mayfield and Lee Mayfield.
She is survived by: her husband Dennis Staley; her sons, Jason Staley of Chicago, Jeff Staley of Muscatine, Tim Staley of Muscatine and Todd Staley (Misty) of Nichols; her grandchildren, Christian, Levi, Cody, Kaden, Tylor, Takoma, Brianna and Austin; her great grandchild Sawyer; her siblings, Mike Mayfield of Rock Island and Jennifer "Penny" Mayfield-Myers of Davenport; and her niece Tina Thompson of Milan.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in memory of Jeannie.
