He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wayne Tank and Wilma Tank (Tillman); his former spouse Jan Vincent; his wife Diana Tank of Muscatine; his sons, Aaron Tank (Mary) of Cedar Rapids and Mitch Prashak (Jenny) of Ankeny; his grandchildren, Ethan, Ollie, Oscar, Natalia, Arianna and Lily; his brothers, Jack (Sue) of Iowa City and Alan (Margo) of Bethesda, Maryland.; his son Branson Barrett; and his former wife Jan Tank.
Memorial donations can be made to the Jeff Tank MHS Girls Basketball Memorial Scholarship, which has been established in his honor by his former players.
