Johannes M. Slot Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Johannes M. Slot of Muscatine, Iowa, who passed away on September 14, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gradus Lambertus and Maria Josephina Anthonetta Slot (van Oppen); and his wife Maria "Ietje" F. Schröder. He is survived by: his children, Louella Slot-Bruers (Josef) of Netherlands, Laurette Slot-Whisler (Gerald) of Muscatine and Ron Slot of Muscatine; his grandchildren, Elke (Floriaan), Han, Bram, Dustin (Jessica), Donovon and Sheldon; his great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Owen, Isabel and Stella; and his sister Ineke Julien of Netherlands.

A memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in Hans' name.
