He is survived by: his parents, John Doak and Judy Doak (Blake); his former wife Jenny Tucker; his daughter Jennifer Nickel (Nathan) of Pine Grove, Pennsylvania; his sisters, Wendi Doak of Muscatine and Sally Stegall of Muscatine; his nephews, Jake Stegall and Zach Doak (Nicole) of Muscatine; and his great-niece Avery Doak of Muscatine.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in memory of John.
