She is survived by: her children, Kristin Poole (Todd) of Muscatine and Corey Ballard (Lori) of Kentucky; her grandchildren, Keaton, Shelby, Dillon, Allison and Taylor; her siblings, Barbara Housley (David) of Muscatine and Marti Oakley; and her former husband Clifford Ballard of Kentucky.
