She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Hayes; her son John Hayes (Joan) of Muscatine; and her grandchildren, Jeff Hayes, Jill Roby, Bob Lick, Michael Lick, Randy Lick and Mark Lick. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
