She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Wagner and Viola Wagner (Stratton); her siblings, Robert Wagner, Jack Wagner, David Wagner, Juanita Lobdell, Sharon Stevens, Peggy Wear, Harriet Bass and Marilyn Brockert; and her granddaughter Emily Sue Adcock.
She is survived by: her spouse Dwaine Adcock; her children, Daryl Adcock (Judy) of Muscatine, Rod Adcock (Dawn) of Muscatine, Janice Painter (Scott) of Muscatine, Gregory Adcock (Marsi) of Muscatine, Steve Adcock of Muscatine, Josh Adcock (Emily) of Muscatine and Beth Wildman (Tyler) of Kalona; and her siblings, Donna Alloway of Muscatine, Mona Alloway of Wapello, Margaret Mesecher of Wapello, Kerry Ziehl (Ronald) of Washington and Randy Wagner (Leza) of Muscatine. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established at the funeral home in Patti's memory.
