He was predeceased by: his father Dahyabhai Patel. He is survived by: his mother Lilavati D. Patel of Coralville; his wife Usha Lodha of Muscatine; his children, Phillip Patel of Iowa City and Jessica Marie Trejo (Henry) of Arkansas; his grandson Vicente Trejo; and his siblings, Jagdish Patel (Meena) of Coralville, Atul Patel (Sandi) of Coralville, Jay Patel (Sonal) of Coralville and Lodha.
Memorials may be directed to the Salvation Army or the Muscatine Lions Club in memory of Pravin.
