He is survived by: his former wife Beth Yetter; his children, Eric Boots and Katie Boots; his stepchildren, Brian (Erin), Jamie Kay Martinez of Muscatine and Michael Tompkins of Davenport; and his brother Rodger Boots of Mechanicsville.
