He was predeceased by: his son Ronald Eugene Barrett Jr.; and his grandson Branson Barrett. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Davis Barrett; his children, Bruce Barrett of Vancouver, British Columbia (Linda Wichers Barrett), Bryan Barrett of Anamosa, Iowa and Mary Norgard of Fresno; his grandchildren, Emily Barrett Davis (Joe) of Chicago, Evan Barrett (Lindsay Marx Barrett) of Minneapolis, Ally Norgard and Angela Roelle Grauer of Fresno; his sisters-in-law, Ruth Rennpage (Harold) of Newton and Jean Goddard (Ernest) of Des Moines; and also Alan. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; one great-great grandson.
