He is survived by: his parents, Jonathan Wolf and Lisa Wolf; his brothers, Noah and Owen Wolf; his grandparents, Larry, Julie Wolf of Muscatine, Steve, Susan Derry of Mediapolis and Dean Vantiger (Juanita Phipps) of Yarmouth; his great-grandparents, Fred, Anita Vantiger of Mt. Union and Diane Janis of Union, Kentucky; his uncle Nick; his aunt Nicole; his cousin Henry Adams of O'Fallon, Missouri; and his uncle Cody Vantiger (Katlyn Malone) of Burlington.

Memorial donations may be made to the family in care of Jonathan and Lisa Wolf.
