He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William E. Collins and Camilla Holben Collins; his wife Barbara Lee; his children, Bill (Diane Kurilecz) of Raleigh, Betty (Dan Chapman) of Muscatine and Jim of Lamoni, Iowa; his grandchildren, Steven, Mal Collins of Raleigh, Gabriel, Larkin and Ian Chapman of Muscatine, Iowa; his siblings, Vivian (Glen Campbell) of Wichita, Kansas, David (Janis Collins) of Seattle and Robert (Carol Collins) of Modesto, California; and his siblings-in-law, Nelda Ratcliffe of Lafayette and Stanley (Linda Ratcliffe) of Woodstock, Illinois. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
