He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Wilson and Robert Wilson; his wife Barbara Cockerill; and his son-in-law James White. He is survived by: his daughters, Nancy White of Muscatine, Gail Blaesing (Joseph) of Cape Coral and Mary Aull (Ron) of Cedar Rapids. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Muscatine Food Pantry.
