He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Bilotta and Mary Elizabeth Bilotta (Daniels); his sister Debbie Bilotta; his brother-in-law Jim Nobile; his parents-in-law, Opal S. Johnson and William L. Martin; and his brothers-in-law, William L. Martin and Ralph M. Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Bilotta of Bellefontaine, MS; his children, Nicholas Montgomery (Makayla Buckman) of Iowa City, IA, Amber Montgomery of Kilmichael, MS, Cierra Montgomery of Cedar Rapids, IA and Opal Bilotta of Bellefontaine, MS; his siblings, Annette Nobile of Urbana, OH, Jenny Jackson (Rhawn) of Springfield, OH, Taresa Hellums (Curtis) of Roswell, NM, DeDe McConnell (Bryant) of Urbana, OH and Charles Bilotta (Becky) of Greenwood, MS; his mother-in-law Norine Martin of Terre Haute, IN; his sisters-in-law, Peggy Wefel (Allen) of Charles City, IA, Linda Martin (Ed Shaw) of Waterloo, IA, Karen Aukes (Bobby) of Bristow, IA and Joleen Klotz (John) of Terre Haute, IN; and his granddaughter Eleanor. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
