With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Millie (Vrzak) Galligan (New Hampton, Iowa), born in Defiance, Iowa, who passed away on December 21, 2019 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Wiegand and Anna Marie Wiegand (Zangerle); her former husband James Vrzak; her husband Duane Galligan; her brother Harold Wiegand; her grandsons, Christopher Rogers and Matt Vrzak; and her son-in-law Eric Lang.
She is survived by: her children, Marv Vrzak (Linda) of Corsicana, TX, Darla Rogers of Mesquite, TX, Marla Green (Tom) of New Hampton, Dorma Rusbult of Belle Plaine, IA, Patty Maguire (Tom) of Hickory, NC and Pamela Lang of Mesquite, TX; and her sisters-in-law, Shirley Wiegand of New Hampton and Helen Whalen (Jack) of Lawler. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
