Knutson and Clara Knutson (Hereid); his grandfather Olaf Hereid; his wife Elaine Knutson of New Hampton; his children, David, Lydia, Miriam of Cincinnati, OH and Stephen Knutson of Greenville, SC; his siblings-in-law, Verdene Knutson of Waverly, Virginia Freie (John) of Livermore, CA and Michael Pruisner of Waverly; his brother Harvey Knutson; Wally.
