She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Klas and Celia Klas (Oberbroeckling); and her siblings, Clara Klas, Alma Rolfes (Al), Ray and George Klas (Bertha).

She is survived by : her nieces and nephews, Janet Morrow (Mike) of Mesa, AZ, Lois Votsmier (Chuck) of Waukon, Cheryl Kass (Don) of Farley, Daryl Klas (Kim) of St. Louis, MO, Judy Winter (Randy) of Marion and David Klas (Michelle) of New Vienna. She is also survived by 13 great-nieces and nephews and 14 great-great-nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to St. Boniface Church in New Vienna.
