It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darlene C. Fangmann of New Vienna, Iowa, born in Worthington, Iowa, who passed away on January 6, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Val Goedken and Clara Goedken (Krogmann); her parents-in-law, Frank and Regina Fangmann; her grandsons, Peter and Jacob Fangmann; and her parents-in-law, Gerald Hoefer, Clara Davidshofer (Fred), Ed Goedken, Walter Goedken and Marjorie Schaul.

She is survived by : her husband Joe Fangmann; her children, Rose Fangmann, Bill Fangmann (Jennifer), Bob Fangmann, Jim Fangmann (Susan), John Fangmann, Paul Fangmann (Pam), Mary Francis (Chris) and Judy Jackson (Chris); her grandchildren, Stacey Mark (Jeremy), Tyler Fangmann, Grace, Meg, Ruth, Laura Fangmann, Isaac, Julia, Aaron, Anna Fangmann, Henry and Hazel Francis; her great grandchild Alan Fangmann; and her parents-in-law, Verna Hoefer, Betty Greif (Arnie), Charlie Goedken (Patti), Bonnie McManus, Don Goedken, Kay Goedken, Marlene Goedken and Bob Schaul.
