He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Rasmussen Sr. and Winifred Rasmussen; his stepfather Clarence Clausen; his siblings, Richard Rasmussen, Archie Rasmussen, Martin and Mary; and his half-sisters, Anne and Alice.
He is survived by: his wife Leona Rasmussen; his children, Roger Rasmussen Jr., Kenneth Rasmussen, Sherry Rasmussen Struchen (Rick) and Annette Rasmussen Cobeen (Daniel); his sister Darlene Summer; his grandchildren, Joshua, Bryan, Reba Struchen, Jessica, Jenna, Jayme Cobeen, Dillen and Devin Rasmussen; and his great grandchildren, Marvel and Lyric Imhoff. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
