He is survived by: his sons, Wayne Prazak (Tammy) of Nora Springs, IA and Richard Prazak (Mary Jo) of Hanlontown, IA; his brother Kenny Prazak; his grandchildren, Rory Prazak, Mindy Adams (Jeff), Jerry Prazak (Krista), Danny Prazak (Erin), Ryan Goodman (Beth), Sara Parkman (Matt) and Allie Hare (Nick); his great grandchildren, Rhianne Lustig of Rory, II, Charlene, Patience, Josiah, Kylie, Gage, Madeline, Olivia, William, Louis, Vincent, Alaina and Charlotte; and his great great grandchild Sophia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great friends.
