He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Newton and Jessie Ruth Ballard (Downing); his wife Carol Ann Dietze; and his sister Janice Masters. He is survived by: his sons, Dennis Ballard of Wayland and Don Ballard (Brenda) of Knoxville; his grandsons, Brian Ballard (Chelsey), Kevin Ballard and Shawn Ballard (Rachael); his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Chase, Kash and Odin Ballard; and his sister Sheila Knuth (Greg) of North English.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Powell Funeral Home-North English (116 W Broad St, North English, IA 52316). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Powell Funeral Home (116 W Broad St, North English, IA 52316).
