He was predeceased by : his parents, Cyril Billman and Virginia Billman (White). He is survived by : his brothers, Jim Billman (Karen) of Owensboro, KY, John Billman (Peg) of Columbia, MO and Chris Billman (Steve) of Davenport, IA; and his nieces, Lisa Young (Thomas) of Owensboro, KY and Angie Bennett (Bob) of Huntington Beach, CA..
