He was predeceased by : his parents, Leslie Waters and Lucille Waters (Wilcox); his brothers, Ronald Waters and Gerald Waters (Darlene); his sister-in-law Heidi Waters; his nephews, Travis Waters and Gerald Leslie Waters; and his parents-in-law, Paul and Naomi Kepler.
He is survived by : his wife Corrine Kepler; his children, Todd (Bridget Waters) and Tia (Tom Huntley); his grandchildren, Rebecca Waters, Zackary Waters, Willem Huntley and Addison Huntley; his great grandchild Jamisen Petersen; his brothers, Raymond (Carol Waters), Kenneth (Debra Waters) and Donald Waters of Des Moines; his stepmother-in-law Jeannette Kepler of Lisbon; and his siblings-in-law, Steven Kepler of Cedar Rapids and Kay (Bill Riffey) of Cedar Rapids. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions and concerns, no services are planned.
In lieu of flowers and plants, the family kindly requests that memorials be made in his memory to North Liberty Community Pantry or North Liberty Library.
