It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Charlotte S. Young of North Liberty, Iowa, who passed away, on September 17, 2021. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Strothman and Doris Strothman (Maxwell); her husband Wilbur Young; her brothers, Max Strothman (Jeanne) and Fred Strothman; and her siblings-in-law, Jerry Strothman and Emmett Messer.

She is survived by : her children, Michael Young (Linda), Barbara Meade and Kay Mohling (Gene); her grandchildren, Justin Young, Brandon Young, Rachel Meade, Katherine Ciecior, Caroline Litterer and Nicholas Mohling; her siblings, Carol Messer, Charlene Larson (Randy) and John Strothman; and her sister-in-law Marilyn Strothman. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to support the First United Methodist Church of North Liberty, Johnson County 4-H programs, North Liberty Community Pantry, Bird House Hospice Home of Johnson County, and Iowa City Hospice.
