He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lee, Mary Ann Tomlinson, Gordon and Carol Hanisch. He is survived by: his parents, Lee and Jennifer; his siblings, Ashlee Bratthauer (Jacob), Gordon Tomlinson and Matthew Tomlinson; his niece Hannah Bratthauer; and his close friends, Mark, Erin Paschell, Chris and Missy Endres. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and other family and friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and at 11:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Harlan's memory to the family for a donation at a later date.
