She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl and Jenny; her brothers, Duane Swenson and Robert Swenson; her sister-in-law Halcyon Swenson; her son Ralph Richardson; her grandson Patrick Warnock; her great grandchild Ian Warnock; and her niece Sherri Swenson (Eugene O'Toole).
She is survived by: her former husband Sherman Richardson; her husband Howard Lee Frazier; her daughter Gloria Warnock; her sister-in-law Margaret "Peg" Swenson; her nephews, Craig Swenson, Barry Swenson, Andrew Swenson, Thomas Swenson and Steve Richardson; her niece Jennifer Warren; her grandchildren, Adam Richardson, Danielle Kieckbush, Mike "Whitey" Warnock, Rob Warnock, Kate Zwart and Tamara Jones; and her close friends, Ron, Katie Routh, Doris, Larry Cose, Nett Schaefer, Dave and Linn Turnis.
Due to Covid 19, a Celebration of Life will be held for Jean on August 14, 2021, at the First Lutheran Church in Moline, Illinois.
Memorials for Jean should be directed to the American Cancer Society or the Animal Rescue League in Des Moines, Iowa.
