Lewis H. Borchert Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 17, 2018, at the age of 84, Lewis H. Borchert (Norwalk, Iowa), born in Chariton, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his spouse Joann Jacobs; his brother-in-law Tom; his son Tab; his father-in-law Tom Bailey Sr; his sister Marilyn Edwards of Des Moines; his daughters, Connie Lou of Fort Madison and Diane Gorham (Rex) of Allen, TX; his stepsons, Jody Agan (Cristal) and Davey Agan (Kate); and also, Tab and Lew. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and many cousins, friends, and relatives.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Central Iowa, Greenwood Cemetery (Knoxville), or to the VFW Building Fund John Meyers Post 3519.
